The EU and Uzbekistan signed the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (EPCA) to boost strategic ties. The EPCA supports trade, investment, and cooperation on security, connectivity, and climate. It fosters bilateral exchanges, WTO market access, rule of law, reforms, and joint action on climate, labour rights, and digital transformation.
