Hi, I am Guy and I am a 2024 graduate of an MA in Political Philosophy at the university of Milan, with a special interest in migration and human rights ethics. Before this, I attended the Bachelor's in European Studies in Maastricht, the place I am from. Being born in that region has instilled in me my passion for the European project, as it has shown me, from a young age on, the positive aspects of Europe - and has given me my sense of identity that is based on the shared, as well as contrasting, cultures of Europe. I have carried this spirit with me to the countries I have lived in since leaving the Netherlands, namely Italy and the UK. I am looking forward to bringing my experience in writing policy reports and op-eds to *EuropeanRelations*.
