Proposed procedure:

• Applicants who have applied for multiple positions will be invited to an interview to determine which role is most suitable and whether the application should proceed (responsible for emails and interviews: Nicolás).

• Applicants who have applied for only one position will first be sent a task to complete; this also helps to stagger the interviews (exception: the Regular Contributor position, for which a positive application is followed directly by an onboarding email).

• If the applicant completes the task successfully, they will be invited to an interview (Fatima, Comfort and Nicolás are responsible for different positions).

• Applicants who have their first interview with Nicolás may subsequently receive an additional task from me.
