To maintain consistency and professionalism across all submissions, please adhere to the following formatting guidelines:

Font
: Use either Times New Roman or Arial in a 12-point font size.

Spacing: The entire document should be double-spaced, including the title page, abstract, body text, quotations, footnotes, references, and appendices. This provides clarity and makes it easier for reviewers to read and annotate your work.

Margins: Set 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right) of each page. This ensures a uniform appearance and leaves ample space for any reviewer comments.

Page Numbers: Include page numbers on every page, starting from the first page of the main text (after the title page). Place the page number at the bottom center or top right corner of each page. Ensure that your page numbering is clear and consistent throughout the document.

Citation Style: You may use recognized academic citation styles such as APA, Harvard, Chicago, or another standardized format, depending on your discipline or preference.

Ensure consistency in applying your chosen style throughout your submission, including in-text citations, footnotes, and the reference list or bibliography.

In-text Citations and Footnotes: In-text citations or footnotes for any referenced material are highly recommendeddue to our processing and display requirements in publication. Wherever possible, please include accessible hyperlinksto the original sources, allowing readers to access referenced material directly.
